Please note:

All returned items must be unworn, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable within 14 days of purchase date. 

There needs to be no evidence of stains or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back. 

Please note we DO NOT offer free returns.

In the event that an order is incorrect or faulty please contact us via email.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packaged well in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

LxghtWork ATR will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

You will have to return for exchange/refund, ensuring the original order invoice is in package.

We will contact you with a email if the item(s) you have selected are not currently in stock.

DELIVERY TIMES DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS 

Whilst we aim to ship orders as quick as possible there may be longer waiting times during busy periods.

If you are not present when delivery is made royal mail should leave a card enabling you to collect your order from your local Post Office.
